Your tasks:

  • Lead and supervise complex structural analysis tasks internally and externally, focusing on in-service fleet maintenance and project upgrades
  • Ensure and perform analysis approval as part of the dataset and drawing release process
  • Define specifications and means of compliance for structural analysis in accordance with certification standards
  • Develop and propose program routines to support analysis processes, methods, and tools (e.g. FEM pre-/post-processing, automated computation, digital data processing)
  • Plan activities and deliverables in line with defined project milestones
  • Improve, define, and adapt stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance methods, assumptions, data, and procedures for metallic and composite structures (both hand calculations and FEM-based methods)
  • Lead the preparation of structural substantiation reports, fatigue and damage tolerance assessments, and certification documents (CS/JAR/FAR Part 23/25/27/29)

 

Your profile:

  • Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (Master, Diploma, or PhD)
  • Recognized expertise in stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis for metallic and composite components
  • More than 10 years of professional experience in structural analysis across multiple aircraft development phases and life cycles
  • Proven experience with legacy and in-service fleet maintenance or customer support activities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of certification requirements, design criteria, materials, analysis methods, and structural tools for aircraft
  • Proficiency in Nastran, Patran, HyperWorks, FEMAP, ANSYS, Python, or MATLAB
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively within teams
  • Valid Security Clearance (ZÜP2) mandatory; nationality must comply with the current approved country list
  • Excellent English skills, written and spoken
