Your tasks:
- Technical leadership and guidance of complex structural analysis and testing activities within the Analysis & Structural Testing team
- Planning, coordination, and technical support of structural tests for development and certification programs
- Definition of specifications, substantiation concepts, and means of compliance for static strength, fatigue, and damage tolerance
- Development and continuous improvement of analysis processes, methods, and tools, including FEM pre-/post-processing, automation, and digital data flows
- Planning, structuring, and prioritization of work packages in line with program milestones and deliverables
- Lead authoring of stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance analyses, reports, and certification documentation in compliance with CS-25 and related regulations
- Assessment and substantiation of manufacturing deviations (concessions) as well as support of repair and maintenance analyses for damaged structures
Your profile:
- Recognized expertise in stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis for metallic and composite aircraft structures
- Master’s degree, PhD, or equivalent in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable discipline
- At least 10 years of professional experience in aircraft structural analysis across multiple development programs
- Proven experience supporting and coordinating structural testing activities within aircraft development environments
- Strong knowledge of aerospace certification requirements (CS-25, FAR/JAR) and substantiation processes
- Experience in clean-sheet aircraft development and complex engineering organizations
- Ability to technically lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Fluent English skills at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken, German is a plus
